Got to get back on the ball

Last night, I just felt like I had gained weight. It isn't showing on the scale but I am worried I am gaining inches or something. I am so glad training is going to be over soon! But until then, I need to kick myself in the butt & get things done. I need to get my work outs in the morning done & what I can do after too! I need to find better snacks that will fill me up & try to get quick meals ready before training starts. One of the issues is that our lunch is way past lunch & we end way past dinner. So I end up having to eat on my 15 minute breaks for lunch & dinner. I need to make sure that I can eat something filling but not bad for me. It is almost over I keep reminding myself. All the next two weeks I will be on the phones too, so that will help. No way to snack in between the times on the phone. But just sitting here for 8 hours just sucks for weight.

Got to go to Zumba last night & it rocked :) So thankful for that class, but can't wait til I can start going MORE! LOL. Someone in the class came up & told me it was great to see me & she was missing me. So that really made me feel good :) I really miss going too! Getting there, Getting there!

I need to just make it fit. Need to get some more walking in. I can be walking Mondays & Wednesdays. I didn't walk Monday & should have. At least til I can get back to Zumba, I need to take all the chances I can get.

Saturday I am doing my first 5 k with a friend :) It is for Dyslexia so even more of a win. I have another 5 k in a couple of weeks too. I am very excited about that. Wishing I would have started looking into some before now but I will be looking next year :)
