Well, Started doing Couch to 5 K with a friend. Had heard about it from a couple friends, I had wanted to try it, But just never did. Started yesterday, OUCH! LOL. I am not a jogger or a runner by far. But, it is a great work out. We headed out after Zumba & did work out one. Today will get to work out two & then Thursday will be work out three. Saturday, just going to walk some, to not have a space of time without anything ( walking wise ).
We are going to a 5 K in July & One in August with other Zumba Chickas. Should be fun. Would like to do 2 more also before the end of the year. I did 3 last year, would like to do at least 4 this year :).
Without Zumba, there was no way in heck, I would have been able to do the 5 K's last year. And no way this year either. Zumba's work out last night was surely intense, but surely made me ready for the work out of the Couch to 5 K.
