I almost didn't do my flat abs! EKK! I know it! Luckily a friend was online & when I said I couldn't get motivated she said go do it. LOL. Yay! I did get that in before work.
Work systems were down ALL day long. So I was able to get all the laundry caught up! That was awesome. Plus that means I was going down two stories & up two stories alot today. When normally I just sit for 8 hours. So that was also good.
Jonathan had scouts tonight so walked at Pearson Park where he was having his meeting. Did 2 miles & then a friend joined me & we did 2 more miles. Made me feel alot better to get some more steps in. Friday, not sure if I mentioned it, I totally forgot to have my Pedometer on! ALL DAY LONG! I didn't get 1 step logged. First time since I have gotten it. How awful! Talk about a major brain fart! LOL. But I know I did alot so that is all that matters.
Tomorrow is awesome Zumba with Rachel. I will do my flat abs too in the morning! LOL.
I need to change or add or who knows. I am running into that "brick wall" that my friend who has lost 80 said I would hit. It has never been easy or fast for me, but in the past 2 months it was steady. Now, I am stuck & it is really annoying! LOL. I really want to lose 10 more pounds ( what I should lose is another story LOL But 10 would be great ), so hoping I can just get right on over this wall that I am being slammed into. I do have to work more on that. Hopefully I can:)
