Back on Track

I had gotten the Zumba Dvd's in the past. Not really to replace going to Zumba because for me, it is NO WHERE NEAR the same. I wouldn't do it if I had to just do dvd's or there is also a game. The energy, fun & friendship isn't there. The dvds are mainly as a filler if I couldn't go. Well in checking them out, there is a Flat Abs one that is only 18 minutes. Love it! A. Abs is where I need a ton of work. B. 18 minutes is possible in the morning before work. I was doing really well, then totally bombed on doing it. I am started back at it & hope that the blog posts will help me more accountable to do it. Plus we replaced our VERY VERY OLD and was VERY VERY cheap DVD player so now I wouldn't get frustrated when it won't play. It plays perfect & fine now, yay!

I did that this morning already, Yay me! Mondays, with scouts, makes it so I can't Zumba. Its a bummer because all the places do it at the times I can't with drop off & pick up. So until Jonathan gets his license, I will just walk instead. It isn't the same steps/calories burned/whole body work out, but it is better than doing nothing LOL.


Mondays are always hard as it is my long day at work. So I sit most all of the day attached to a computer & phone. Then, it is li dinner, then scouts, then work again then get Jake to work & bed. So it is always my horrible day for exercise. I am really glad I got the flat abs in, I walk tonight too while he is at scouts, so that will help.

Yesterday there wasn't Zumba either. Most places don't offer Sunday at all. It is very hard to find a Sunday Zumba. So went walking with a friend. Got in 4 miles. That with all my other walking around yesterday with my guys, I got almost 16,000 steps. Yay!
